Welcome to the PQ Girls Softball Registration page.

The Spring season typically goes from February to May with registration opening in mid-late October or early November.

The Fall season typically goes from September to November with registration opening in mid-late July or early August.

We welcome everyone who wants to play to join our league. If the cost to play is a concern, please reach out to our league president ([email protected]) for more information about scholarships. You may submit your request for scholarships here.

Cost should never be a barrier for anyone who is interested in playing to participate in our league.

We welcome girls to play in PQ Softball from across San Diego County and beyond.

2026 Spring Catching Clinics

Join us for a high-energy Softball Catching & Defensive Skills Clinic designed to help athletes build confidence, improve technique, and elevate their defensive game. This clinic focuses on developing strong fundamental catching skills including proper glove work, footwork, tracking fly balls, field awareness, communication, and quick transitions.

Players will participate in skill-specific drills, reaction training, and game-like scenarios that reinforce mechanics and decision-making under pressure. Emphasis will be placed on proper body positioning, timing, and developing consistent hands to reduce errors and increase defensive efficiency.

This clinic is ideal for athletes looking to strengthen their defensive performance, sharpen their softball IQ, and gain reps in a supportive, competitive training environment. All skill levels are welcome, with instruction tailored to age and experience.
