Welcome to PQ Girls Softball Registration

Welcome to the PQ Girls Softball Registration page.

The Spring season typically goes from February to May with registration opening in mid-late October or early November.

The Fall season typically goes from September to November with registration opening in mid-late July or early August.

We welcome everyone who wants to play to join our league. If the cost to play is a concern, please reach out to our league president ([email protected]) for more information about scholarships. You may submit your request for scholarships here.

Cost should never be a barrier for anyone who is interested in playing to participate in our league.

We welcome girls to play in PQ Softball from across San Diego County and beyond.

PQ Softball Fall 2025 Pitching Clinic

This is the second pitching clinic event
You must be registered for the Fall 2025 Season in order to register for this clinic.
Pitching Clinic Event 2 will be on Sunday October 5th

What is the Cost?

Each one hour clinic will cost $15 and will be run by Jason Ilui from PowerHouse Mechanics and another PowerHouse Mechanics pitching coach.
You must send payment to PQ Softball's Venmo account (https://venmo.com/pqgsa) in order to confirm your spot.
If you do not confirm payment within 24 hours of registration, your slot will be cancelled .

What should I bring?

Pitchers must provide their own supplies and equipment.
This includes your own balls, catcher, face mask, glove, etc.
If a parent is catching for their daughter, we recommend a stool or bucket.

Clinic Details

The pitching clinics will be held at Canyonside Community Park Field 5 at 4:30PM and 6:00PM for 1 hour each.
We recommend you sign up according to the guidelines below.
The content between the two hours will be different based on the expected skill sets for the players.
If you are a newer 12U pitcher, either session may work for you, but the content in the first session will be geared towards newer pitchers and the content in the second session will be geared towards more experienced pitchers.
We are asking novice / newer pitchers (primarily 8U & 10U) to sign up for the 4:30PM - 5:30PM clinic slot.
Experienced / seasoned pitchers (primarily 10U & 12U) should sign up for the 6:00PM - 7:00PM clinic slot.
Only 10 slots per hour are available.
