2005 PENASQUITOS GIRLS SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION

8TH ANNUAL PADRE NIGHT FUNDRAISER

Dear Team Managers and Coaches for the 2005 Season:

Padre night is a voluntary fund-raiser that we have had for the past several seasons. This is the primary fundraiser for PQGSA. The money we have raised in recent years has been used to build and maintain the fields at both Canyonside and at Park Village School, purchase storage sheds, and help pay for the lights at Canyonside. This year, the league had the added cost of building two new fields at Canyonside, which are being used this season.

The cost of each ticket is $15.00. In addition, the team that sells the most tickets will be able to send a representative to join a tour led by the the Pad Squad.

The game this year will be Saturday, April 30, 2005 at 7:05pm - Padres vs. Arizona Diamondbacks.

Team Managers will collect the money from the parents on their teams using our Padre Night Ticket order form. To download this order form, simply click on the link shown below.

Parents and kids are encouraged to invite friends, relatives, neighbors, and anyone else who has ever hit you up for fund-raisers.

Sun. 3/13/05: Hand out Padre Night flyers with the league book at Picture Day

Sat. 3/26/05: LAST DAY for parents to turn in money to their team Manager

Tue. 3/29/05: Managers turn in money at Round Table Pizza (use SINGLE form)

Tue. 4/05/05: Division Coordinators pick up tickets at Board Meeting

Sat. 4/30/05: Padre Night 7:05 p.m., Petco Park
