2003 PENASQUITOS GIRLS SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION
6TH ANNUAL PADRE NIGHT FUNDRAISER
Dear Team Managers and Coaches for the 2003 Season:
Padre night is a voluntary fund-raiser that we have had for the past several seasons. This is the primary fundraiser for PQGSA. The money we have raised in recent years has been used to build and maintain the fields at both Canyonside and at Park Village School, purchase storage sheds, and help pay for the lights on Canyonside Field 5.
The cost of each ticket is $11.00 and each ticket holder gets to attend the game, receive the free promotional give-away that night, and earn a chance to win raffle prizes. In addition, the team that sells the most tickets will pick a player to go on the field before the game.
The game this year will be Saturday, April 5, 2003 at 7PM – Padres vs. Dodgers. The promotional give-away on this night is scheduled to be Padres 2003 Magnet Schedule and a 1969 Padres Banner. People from the league will meet in section G4 of the parking lot to tailgate from 3-6PM the day of the game.
Team Managers will collect the money from the parents on their teams using our Padre Night Ticket form (download: Word document / PDF document). Parents and kids are encouraged to invite friends, relatives, neighbors, and anyone else who has ever hit you up for fund-raisers.
Team Managers will turn in the money to Kevin Fennell and Scott Gellerman on the dates listed below:
